* This is an online Auction for: The Dash Estate. The family has contracted Walt Cade Auctions to liquidate the many pieces of antiques, furniture, beautiful home decor, and collectables. * Auction Method: Online * Bidding Period: Now thru _______Monday Oct 17_(Soft Close) Starts closing at 7pm CST * Pickup: day after auction close ___Tuesday Oct 18 From 10-4PM * Preview: Online & In Person _____Monday Oct 17_______ 10-2 * Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount on the BP for Cash * Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. Any bid within the last 3 minutes of a lot to close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Payment Terms: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file or a hold placed on the card. Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for all amounts over $500. All Vehicles are CASH - WIRE - CASHIER'S CHECK ONLY. There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. * LOADOUT NOTICE: Loading will be tight and congested and we are advising there may be wait times. Please be patient on pickup days. * Once you pay your invoice on Aug 9th we can make you an appointment for later in the week if necessary, but we MUST clear all invoices on Aug 9th * Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. * Shipping: (IWhen Available) Once you pay your invoice with us and request items to be shipped, We will need this form signed and returned to us: https://www.waltcadeauctions.com/documents/winningbidderform.pdf Our shipper will contact you for your desired shipping method and will quote you a price to include any packaging or handling. Note: Items not picked up or authorized by you for shipping within 48 hours of auction close will be donated to the Children's Foundation. * Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Farm Exemptions will not be accepted for non-farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close. No exemptions accepted on pickup day. * Transfer: We can transfer most smaller items to our Kilgore Warehouse. We charge $10 + $1 per lot. + Storage fees (See Storage Info). Must be requested by end of Pickup Day.
