If the buyer fails to pick up the item(s) by 5:00 pm on Checkout/Pickup Day, buyer is responsible for a storage fee of $5 per item, per day. If buyer fails to pay by 5:00 pm on Checkout/Pickup Day, refuses to pay storage fee, and/or does not pickup item(s) by 5:00 pm on Checkout/Pickup Day, buyer (or also further referred to as "bidder") will be banned from future Gathman Auction Company HiBid auctions and a notification warning other Auctioneers will be viewable to all other Auctioneers using the HiBid program. A "bidder" denial negatively effects the bidder's score.
