If you are new to our Auctions, we want to welcome you! Estate & Downsizing Specialists (EDS) and has been in business since 2013 and has conducted 100's of Auctions. Our owner, Brian Sample, has been in the Antiques, Collectibles & Auction business since the 1980's starting as a dealer/collector. Licensed as an Auctioneer since 1998 and a Realtor since 2003, Brian has conducted 100's hundreds of live and online auctions. Our Auctions are always fresh Estate & Downsizing merchandise from individuals and businesses, never wholesale or loaded in any format. We also buy estates and downsizing leftovers.

Effective and enforceable immediately when you become the high, winning bidder, you have agreed contractually to your puchase per the laws of the State of Indiana. All property is sold "AS IS" and there are no returns, refunds or adjustments. Estate & Downsizing Specialists LLC makes every effort to accurately describe all lots. Descriptions, marks, identification, and photographs of the items will not be considered a warranty or guarantee of authenticity or value. We will make every effort to accurately describe these items. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older and competent to conduct a financial transaction. All Auctions are considered reserve Auctions unless otherwise posted. The Auction company and its employees reserves the right to bid on any item for any reason, including absentee bids placed by non-internet bidders. The bidder/buyer agrees to pay all costs associated with any collection process for the funds due the Estate & Downsizing Specialists LLC. This may include legal, court, time and ANY associated costs. New lots may be added to any of our auctions up to the Friday before the Monday close of the sale. No lots will be added in the last 3 days.
BIDDING
Auction lots will have a staggering ending time starting at 6pm or 7pm EST, depending on the season, with the majority of auctions closing on Mondays and Wednesdays. All of our auctions have soft close times. First lot closes Soft Close on this auction at 6pm or 7pm EST. Stagger time will be 20 seconds to 1 minute depending on the total lot count. Big early and often on the lots you are interested in. Any bids placed in the last two minutes of time remaining will extend the total time. If two bidders place high bids that are the same amount, the FIRST recorded bid becomes the winner. Always make sure you have the high bid before assuming you have purchased an item. EDS assumes no responsibility or liability in the bidding activities during the close of the auction. Once an item is closed, EDS cannot change the winning bidder status under any circumstances.
15% BUYER'S PREMIUM
15% Buyers Premium Applies to this auction. Example: If you bid $100 on an item, the final price will be $115. The 15% BP will be applied to the final bid plus any applicable taxes.
SALES TAX
7% Indiana Sales Tax will be charged for all buyers with Indiana residence. If you are Tax Exempt we must have your Exemption Certificate on file before the close of the auction.
