with Access from Hidden Hill Drive and Dorsey Drive SELLING AT ONLINE AUCTION AUCTION BID DEADLINE: Wednesday, March 15, 2023 ASSET DESCRIPTION: This auction will consists of two separate parcels that total 27.3+/- acres of undeveloped land with frontage and dock permits on Lake Lanier. The first parcel totals 22.85+/- acres. Per the Hall County Tax Assessor, this tract is currently comprised of multiple parcels. In January of 2023, a majority of these parcels were surveyed to form one parcel with 605'+/- of frontage on Lake Lanier. This tract can be accessed from Hidden Hill and Dorsey Drive. This tract is being conveyed with two docks and their permits. See "Documents" tab for copy of survey and dock permits.
The second parcel consists of 4.45+/- acres of undeveloped land with an unknown amount of frontage on Lake Lanier, Hall County Tax Parcel #08021 001542. This tract includes a sewer easement. See "Documents" tab for copy of tax plat and easement. Both parcels/tracts will be sold in a single offering. ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding to begin on Friday, March 3, 2023.
