Items not picked up on pickup days will incur a storage fee. $3.50 per day per lot for small items (lamps, art, vases, dishes) and $20 per day per lot for large items (sofas, credenzas, chairs, consoles, etc.) After 2 days of storage fee accumulation your items will be deemed abandoned and will be trashed or reverted back to the property of the seller with NO REFUNDS!!!!!
