ALL UNCOLLECTED ITEMS ARE FORFEIT if not picked up during the loadout time. Please bring help if you have won heavy or bulky items. The auction staff cannot assist you in removing your items from the auction site. BRING the necessary tools to remove your items. Furniture dollys, screwdrivers etc are not provided by either the homeowner or the auction service on site. Shoe covers will be required prior to entering the home to respect the homeowners property. YOU will be held financially responsible for any damage incurred in the home during the removal of your items. Compensation will be paid directly to the homeowner.
