This Special Collection: Toys! Auction is an online only auction. All bidding will be conducted online; merchandise pickup will take place at the Briggs Auction Showroom in Garnet Valley.
In order to bid in this auction, you must register on the Bid At Briggs online bidding platform directly and may not register in person.
Mobile bidding is available with the Briggs Auction app.
Lots will close at a rate of 3 lots/minute at the designated auction start time, with 2-minute extension for last-second bids.
The Buyer’s Premium of 15% will be added to each successful bid.
PA State Sales Tax (6%) will be applied to each sale, including the buyer’s premium, unless exempted by law.
Your credit card will be billed after the auction ends and a receipt emailed to you.
All merchandise must be paid in full within one week of the auction date.
All pickups require a paid receipt. We are unable to accept payment at the pickup.
All items must be removed from Briggs Auction, Inc. within 30 days of the auction. After 30 days a $5 per day storage fee accrues.
All items are sold AS IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to request additional condition details and/or photos to help you with your bidding decisions and to bid according to your own expertise.
All items are offered at absolute auction, with no reserves or minimums, unless otherwise specified.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 14 LOTS CLOSE BEGINNING AT 11AM
Selling: A great selection of collectible toys, and games, action figures, trading cards and books, and much more, from selected Delaware Valley Estates and Collections.
Bidding Opens: Evening of September 30. All lots will be open for bidding at that time.
Bidding Closes: Friday, October 14, beginning at 11AM. Cascade close of 3 lots/minute, with 2-minute extension for last-second bids.
Buyer's Premium: 15%
Payment: All successful bidders' credit cards will be charged following the auction, and a receipt emailed.
Merchandise Pickup (Requires a Paid Receipt): - Saturdays: 9AM - 3PM with no appointment needed; first-come, first-served. - Monday - Friday: by appointment only. - See our website to schedule and for complete merchandise pickup procedures.
