Listing Terms and Conditions
This is a personal property auction with consignments. It is a live auction only. We will take consignments on Thurs and Friday before the sale day from 9 to 5 pm est. 10% to sell consigned items of heavy equipment, tractors, implements, vehicles, atv's, etc. To buy you will pay a 10% buyers premium and 7% sales tax if you pay by cash or good check. 13% premium and 8% sales tax if you pay by debit or credit cards. Bring a current tax exempt or gate card for tax exemption. All vehicles consigned will require a clear title and a $20.00 handling fee for handling the transfer paperwork. All merchandise must be paid for day of auction. If you are unknown to us, bring a bank letter of credit stating you are a member in good standing for check acceptance.

Sheds and out buildings full.  We are also taking consignments on Thursday and Friday prior to the sale day. Give us a call to discuss your consignments.
