If a claim is made independently of Hessney Auction Company, all insurance is voided, and we cannot make an additional claim on your behalf. "As New" does not mean "New" it is a condition report, meaning the firearm is "as new condition". If a firearm is brand new- unfired, it will be listed as so. We are willing to ship any items through USPS Priority mail or UPS . The cost of shipping, handling and insurance will be charged to the buyer's credit card.
