The successful bidder will sign a purchase agreement at the auction site immediately following the close of bidding. 10% down day of auction in good funds payable to DC Title Agency. The remainder of the purchase price shall be paid in certified funds at closing within 30 days. Full possesion will be given at closing. 2022 real estate taxes prorated to date of closing. All future taxes will be responsibility of buyer. Title insurance and escrow closing fee to be split 50/50 by buyer and seller. Seller will complete property transfer of septic as required.

No out of state checks will be accepted without prior approval and Bank letter of credit. Drivers License, State issued ID, or Passport required to obtain bidding number.
