Maryland sales tax(6%) will be charged on all items unless a Maryland resale certificate or exemption certificate is sent to our office prior to the auction closes. All items are sold as is, where is and with all faults. Capital Online Auctions does not offer any kind of warranty, expressed or implied as to any item's condition, quality or value. All of the winning bidders must pick up the items on the designated date during the designated times. The buyers are responsible for disconnecting any plumbing, shelving or other items that are connected. The buyers are responsible for any damage that they cause. Any items not picked up during those times will be considered abandoned.

Online auction starts closing Thursday, September 29th 2022 at 1 pm.  The first item in catalog order will close at 1 pm, then 1 item per minute, thereafter. If there are any bids in the final 3 minutes, that item(s) will be extended for 3 additional minutes, and  keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s). 

Preview Inspection Date: By appointment on Wednesday, September 28th 2022 from 10 AM- 1 PM.

Preview Appointment: The preview sign up will appear on this portal the day before the above date: https://www.signupgenius.com/org/COA

Removal: By appointment on Monday, October 3rd 2022 from 10 AM-4 PM. Removal appointment invitations will be sent via email after auction payments are processed. Shipping is available. If shipping is needed, you are responsible to pay for and arrange for the shipping to be shipped through Uship only.
