There are absolutely NO SHIPPING options for this auction and we will NOT be bringing lots back to our facility for pick up. All lots must be paid for and pick up by Friday September 23rd at 4:00 pm without exception. We do not have access to the property after this time. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location of 5643 Smiths Creek Road Kimball Twp MI during posted pick up times without exception. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however no sales tax will be charged.
This auction is NOT at our facility in Memphis. Open House, Payment and pick up location is at the auction location at 5643 Smiths Creek Road Kimball Twp MI.
There are NO Shipping options for this auction and we will not be bringing items purchased back to our building for pick up.
