This assists both the auction company, the homeowner and other bidders in making a smooth and easy load out. If you do not have an appointment, you will be assisted on a first come first served basis, with the persons with an appointment being assisted first. If you are out of town and cannot pick up your items, Arrange to have someone else pick them up for you. Otherwise, PLEASE DO NOT BID. Please bring help if you have won heavy or bulky items. The auction staff cannot assist you in removing your items from the auction site. BRING the necessary tools to remove your items. Furniture dollys, screwdrivers etc are not provided by either the homeowner or the auction service on site. Shoe covers will be required prior to entering the home to respect the homeowners property. YOU will be held financially responsible for any damage incurred in the home during the removal of your items. Compensation will be paid directly to the homeowner. ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON SCHEDULED LOAD OUT DAY WILL BE FORFEITED. If you are out of town and cannot pick up your items, arrange to have someone else pick them up for you.
