There is a 10% buyer's premium charged to all online winning bids. On-line payment by credit card at end of auction or pay at Lyons pick-up with credit card or cash. PICKUP TIMES WILL BE Saturday July 20 from 2:00 p.m-5:00 p.m CST at 117 West Main-Lyons, Ks for Lots 1-229 (office of Stroh Real Estate & Auction) and Lots 300-346 @ 1513 North High Drive-McPherson, KS. Payment at pick-up may be with Credit Card or cash. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. FOR OTHER pick-up times must call before bidding to select a different time. AT 7:30 p.m. CST Sunday evening July 21, ALL invoices not paid and picked up will be charged to the card on file, including a $10 late fee, unless other arrangements have been made with the auction clerk. If items have not been picked up within 10 days of the auction close, they will be considered abandoned and become property of Stroh's Real Estate and Auction LLC. By placing bids on our site you authorize Stroh's Real Estate and Auction LLC to charge your card for any winning bids. Any declined cards will incur a $35 fee and may result in suspension of your account. All items are final and sold "AS IS-WHERE IS" with all faults and blemishes and NO warranty expressed or implied.
