Auction Terms & Conditions 1. This online-only auction will begin to close at 7:00PM on Monday September 19th, 2022. Lots will close approximately every 15 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for one minute after the latest bid. At 6:30pm a new, flashing button will appear allowing you to watch the auction close with a live countdown. This allows you to bid on the next (up to) 12 items scheduled to close without refreshing the page. 2. PREVIEW will be Sunday, September 18th, 2022 12:00PM-1:00PM or By Appointment It is the duty of the bidder to do their due dilligence and inspect the items they plan to bid on. Our staff tries to describe and picture all goods and real property as accurately as possible. However it is the duty of the bidder to ensure the items are to their standards. 3. Pick Up/Removal: Items must be paid for in full within 72 hours of the auction's closing. . Title Transfer will take place in Somerset County PA & is based on a mutually agreed up Date, Time & Place between the Seller & Buyer. 3A. Certain title transfers may be delayed due to a lien release. These items may require additional time to recieve titles as they will be processed through the Pennsylania Department of Motor Vehicles. Liens will be satisfied prior to title transfer. 4. All goods are offered AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All sales are final No refunds & No returns. 5. All Bidders must be at least 18 years of age register with a valid credit card and accurate & up to date information. 6. It is the bidders duty to inspect all items before bidding. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions however human error can sometimes occur. So if you are a potential buyer, please attend the preview to be sure the items are to your liking and standards. 7. NOTICE: Silver Key Auction Solutions will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. 8. Silver Key Auction Solutions works on behalf of the seller and reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 9. This auction has a 10% buyer's premium.. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $110. 10. Buyer will receive an invoice listing the items won. Payment in full is due within 24 hours of Auction closing, unless prior payment arranged have been agreed up between Buyer and Silver Key Auction Solutions. Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Certified Check and/or Wire Transfer 11. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction. 12. Local Pick Up Only.
