Auction Exchange has been contracted to sell by Public Auction the entire contents of The Elephant's Trunk thrift store, which for 50 years has served to benefit the hospital located on Venice Island, which is now closing.  Proceeds will continue to benefit the community; the Elephant's Trunk organization will continue to offer grants and nursing/medical scholarships. 

Items to be sold include the entire store inventory, many tools, retail supplies, fixtures, and more.  This is a very large 10,000 sq ft retail building, packed full.  Ample parking; bring a truck!

The doors will open for preview on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 9:00 a.m., and the auction will begin at 11:00 a.m.  You must register with a photo ID and get a bid number to participate.

The Elephant's Trunk is located on Venice Island, 595 S. Tamiami Trail, between the Publix and the Chamber of Commerce building.
