Auction Terms and Conditions: This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit. The Auctioneer will meet you on site to open the storage unit and close it once all items are removed. This unit has a $200 cleaning deposit. You MUST pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your invoice number to the auctioneer at your appointment or you will not be given access to the unit. Auction house will run your credit card on file with hibid unless you call to arrange a cash payment.
