Furniture dollys, screwdrivers etc are not provided by either the homeowner or the auction service on site. Shoe covers will be required prior to entering the home to respect the homeowners property. YOU will be held financially responsible for any damage incurred in the home during the removal of your items. Compensation will be paid directly to the homeowner.
