Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online or you may bring cash or check to pickup. If payment arrangements are not made within 24 hours then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made within 24 hours of the end of the auction and before any items are removed from the auction site or before they are shipped. Shipping charges are billed separately after the original invoice has been paid. Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to this auction. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission. This is an online only auction. The bidding will begin to close on July 17 at 7:00 PM and close at the rate of three lots per minute with a one minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the end of the auction the auction for that item will auto extend for an additional minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute. Shipping Available: Shipping is available at the buyers expense. Please be advised that shipping multiple records may require a large box and they are heavy. For $3 per lot we will package your items, weigh and measure, and provide you with shipping quotes from UPS, FEDEX, and USPS. You will be responsible for the $3 per lot packaging and handling plus actual shipping charges from your preferred provider.
