Very large Coolaroo patio umbrella that has been stored under cover. Photos do not do this item justice. Umbrella is in very good condition, stand does some have some cosmetic wear. Zipper to cover does not work so a new cover will be needed.

Vintage Troy-Bilt Horse rototiller appearing to be a TH-1019 (please see photos - could be stamped TH-1018). Overall item is actually in good condition, pictured just as found. Item features Tecumseh motor and when pulled, it had good compression. Great piece to restore or work on and get running for next Spring. Serial no. 559189 - one tire is currently unseated from wheel.

Barn hydrant measuring approx. 70" in total length.

Large wooden box full of vintage Hot Wheels tracks. Most pieces appeared in good shape, but dirty. Some piece do have damage. Two pieces were checked and they were dated "1967" and "1968".

Napoleon gas grill in found condition - could possibly be cleaned and used - or purchased to scrap.

Plano tacklebox that doesn't appear to have been used. Some drawers missing but easy to replace. Measures approx. 15.5" in height.

Adjustable Atlas basketball hoop that was stored in barn. Item appears to be in very good, barely used condition. Some wear to base as it has sat on a barn floor. Height can be changed by squeezing rear handle. It will likely need lubricated from setting as we could not adjust it.

Fox Vortex go-kart with Subaru 169cc - 6.5HP motor. Item is in good condition and would really clean up well with just a hose-down. We are told it was parked because a belt needed replaced and it was never installed so it has now sat for a few years. It is selling as non-operational as we do not know the last time it was operated. Would make for a nice project for someone who is mechanically inclined.

Steel hoist that is missing handle for jack. We did manage to pump it a few times and it seemed to operate as it should. Item measures approx. 55" in height.
