By bidding on an item, the bidder is entering into a legal binding contract. Bidding is "ebay style", the highest bid wins. All items are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or applied. All descriptions are believed to be accurate. Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of any and all items you won. Please bring the needed supplies and help to safely remove your items. That includes but not limited to boxes and packing materials, trucks / trailers, and additional labor to move items. You can send movers to remove items, but no items are allowed to be removed until the invoice has been paid in full. Failure to Pick-Up Items: All items MUST BE REMOVED from the premises at the designated times.
