Raffle tickets to sell for a one

stay in the Casita at Rolling Ridge Farm.  Tickets are $2 each.

The winner of this raffle will arrange the date of the stay with Rolling 

Ridge Riding on a mutually agreed upon date.  Dates chose from can be chosen

from Sept 2022 to end of June 2023!)

A peaceful, quiet retreat with a fully operational apartment.

The Casita (meaning little house) prize includes:

-A one night stay for up to two adults 

-Relax on the beautiful lake dock.

-enjoy the paddleboat (lifejackets are required and provided as no life guard

 on duty, so no swimming please).

-Bring your fishing rod(s) and enjoy (limit of 10 fish to keep per person).

-The picnic area and chimnea fireplaces are available for your use.  So be sure

to bring your favorite ingredients for s'mores!

-Kitchen is stocked with utensils, and kitchen ware.  Please bring your own food.

-Small fridge is located in the Casita for your use.

Here’s why we have a fundraiser……… 

It’s time for the ONCE A YEAR fundraiser to keep the Free therapy rides going for 2023!

All money raised goes directly back into the program.  No one receives a salary.  The budget for the program to operate yearly is $45,000. Horses are expensive and they must be maintained daily throughout the year, even when the weather prohibits therapy rides!!!!  That money provides for food, medicine, supplements, vet care, Ferrier care (every 8 weeks for 8 horses), costs associated with the Rolling Ridge truck and horse trailers (used for getting horses to the vet for medical care, supplies/moving hay), bridles/saddles and other horse tack & equipment, trophies/ribbons/awards, and for the equestrian team horse shows, and horse training).  

Invite your Friends, Family, Church/Civic groups/Scouts/sports teams your child participates in, Neighbors, People you know from School; People you know from businesses!

The Prize :  “getaway at the Casita at Rolling Ridge!”  The casita getaway has been donated by Rolling Ridge Farm to Rolling Ridge Riding. 

Be aware that the church does not allow raffle ticket sales on premises, so that means you can’t sell tickets at the Round Up.  We need to respect that.  (No, not even in the parking lot). 

Here’s the schedule for the night:  

4:30- MUSIC BEGINS AND FOOD STARTS BEING SERVED.    Food is sold for donations.  Encourage everyone to pay as much as possible for the food.  The church will provide a chicken/bbq dinner with fixings.  Rolling Ridge Riders and volunteers have desserts!

  Take out is available, but you will miss out on the AUCTION!  

5:45 to 6:00:  a few moments for sharing what special thing has happened to your rider this season

6:00-7:00:  Live Auction will take place.  

7:00-7:30:  Trophy time!  More great stories so if you don’t get to share earlier in the evening, this is the second opportunity!
