We do not offer shipping outside of the United States of America. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyers' premium is added to the final invoice price. If your winning bid is $100, you will be charged $115 (plus sales tax and/or shipping where applicable). REGISTRATION: You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in this sale. In order to bid, you must create a username and password. You agree that all information provided during registration is true, accurate and up to date. AUCTION FORMAT: This is an online only auction. Bids can be placed online for the period of days indicated. Lots will close at staggered times, 30 seconds apart. If a bid is placed within 1 minute of the scheduled auction close, an addition 1 minute will be added to the bidding for a soft close on that item. If you place a bid in this sale, and your bid is determined to be the winning bid, you become obligated to pay for the item(s) that you have won at the price you gave as your bid. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No returns or exchanges are accepted. Once the item is sold, the winning bidder becomes the new owner of the item and has effected a legally binding contract which cannot be altered or voided. Additionally, bids cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. NO WARRANTIES: All items are sold as is, where is without warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied as to the quality, character or condition. INSPECTION: The buyer agrees to rely exclusively on his/her personal inspection of the property through photos provided. Photographs are an important part of the item description. SETTLEMENT: High bidders' will be invoiced in U.S. dollars and credit cards provided at registration will charged following the close of the sale. Buyer agrees that valid credit card information has been provided, the card has the funds available to complete the purchase, you will accept all charges and that you will not charge back any charges placed by the auction company in accordance with fees discussed throughout the terms and conditions (ie high bid, buyer's premium, no-show and late show fees). DELIVERY/PICKUP: LOCAL PICKUP ONLY in Perrysburg, OH near Bass Pro Shop (exact address will be provided to high bidders) on Tuesday, August 23rd from 10-2pm and Wednesday, August 24th from 3pm-7pm. High bidder on scooter will have up to 7 days to arrange pickup. **All local pickups are by appointment only (appointment link will be provided to high bidders). DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, YOUR ITEMS WILL NOT BE READY FOR YOU. Items not picked up during the pickup times listed above are considered abandoned and becomes the property of Montrie Auction & Estate Service L.L.C. Any such items will be resold or disposed of without any reimbursement or refund to the buyer.
