The products we sell are online returns, overstock items, surplus inventory, in-store returns, delivery refusals, bulk volume sales, and sometimes things appear to be fine but then don't work. Five Star Liquidators Definitions: Appears New - Item appears to be in new condition, not used. Items may or may not be in the original box. Items should work as expected. We inspect for the following: It does not appear to have been pre-owned. Item is complete enough to run/operate as needed. The box may be damaged. However, internal contents are functional. Open Box - New but not verified for condition. Scratched and/or dented. May be incomplete or missing parts. Pre-owned. Parts Only - These items are NOT complete. They are sold as is. This could be an item missing one or more key components, an item being only hardware, or an unknown item that we feel is incomplete. When an item is listed as 'Parts Only,' be sure to check the photos for an accurate depiction. Damaged - These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe/picture the damage. However, we don't test for functionality. These could be items never used/owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid but was never put together or used. It could be scratch and dent, or it could be totally broken. We encourage you to preview damaged items during our inspection times. Call if you have questions.
