Consignors will not be allowed to bid on their own items. If the property is in an Estate, any family member will be allowed to bid and pay for their purchases. Shill bidding is in violation of various state and federal laws. As in all auctions conducted by Jon Witvoet Auctioneer, auction personnel will be allowed to bid and pay for their purchases. All bidders must register for a USER NAME and PASSWORD. The inital registration for bidder verfication only will be made to AUCTION FLEX. Payments for purchases will be made to JON WITVOET AUCTIONEER. The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and thebuyer is fully and solely responsible for all activites that occur under your username, password, or on your account. The buyer must ensure that you properly log-out and exit from your account at the end of each session. Jon Witvoet Auctioneer cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. You must be of legal age (18yrs) to bid and provide a valid credit card at registration. JON WITVOET AUCTIONEER reserves the right to cancel this auction at any time. On the last day of the auction, items will close every 30 seconds starting at 6:00pm.CST. If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes, bidding on that item will be extended another 5minutes. You cannot be "sniped" as on eBay! Payment WILL BE AUTO CHARGED AT THE END OF THE AUCTION UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED AND APPROVED BY AUCTIONEER. Visa, Master Cared or Discover with no extra fees. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card. JON WITVOET AUCTIONEER will strive to describe to the up most and provide photos of items being sold and will answer questions about items but make no guarantees once item has been sold. All items are being sold "as is" condition with all faults and amenities with no expressed, written, or implied warrranty. Make sure you understand the condition of the item before you bid. Large items such as furniture, ect., will be sold on a "pick up" basis only. Small items may be shipped at buyer's cost. (ASK IF THE ITEM IS SHIPPABLE) Items are shipped by a professional shipper, Express Packaging, Danville Il 217-443-6566. There will be a $5.00 handling fee per lot up to and no more than $20.00 to take to the Third Party Shipper. Discreation is the Auctioneer CAN AND WILL charge this fee on any auction. IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND TO EXPRESS PACKAGING CALLS OR EMAILS, THERE IS NO REFUND AND FORFEIT THE ITEMS. A certain date and a window of time to pick up your items for each auction will be given. Each buyer must bring packing items and do your own packing. Jon Witvoet Auctioneer will not furnish equipment to load items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purcharser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abondoned items. Buyer has a couple of days to contact the Auctioneer to claim paid lot items. This is due to Onsite online auctions. After two days the auctioneer and or seller has the right to dispose of as seen fit. If you cannot pick up your purchases by the date and time frame set, you will be charged an additional $10.00 to cover cost of personnel to meet you at a different date and time if applicable. with in the two day time period. There ARE NO REFUNDS, if you pay and NOT PICK UP!!!!. Auctioneer is not removing items to hold for later date pick up off site. Plan on picking your items up. If your card is charged and you do not respond to emails, phone calls for pick up There IS NO REFUND AND THE ITEMS ARE DISPOSED OF. Bidding and not paying or picking up may result in declined bidding on future auctions. You can place your highest bid and the system will start with the lowest increment and automatically bid for you in the increments until you run up to your top bid amount, then you must bid again. It will be up to you to follow the bidding. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged all buyers on the online auction to defray the cost of making these items available to you to bid from your own home and on your time frame. In event of a disagreemnt of any type over this auction, buyer and seller both agree that this will be arbitrated in Vermilion County, Illinois. If we have habitual problems with any buyer, they will be barred from future auctions. In order to participate and bid in this Auction, you, the Buyer, must read and accept all of the terms and conditions of this auction completley. Once you place a bid, you are electronically signing and consenting that you have read and accepted all of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement completely and without exception. By placing any bid on any item (s), you are entering into a legally binding and irrevocable contract with Jon Witvoet Auctioneer to purchase the paticular item(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the auction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Auction Company, when acting as Agent, is not responsible for the act of its principals. Absentee bids ( bids not made online) will be accepted in writing and with valid credit card number, which will be verified by you for maximum bid amount and applicable Buyer's Premium prior to the sale. This amount will be entered into the online auction by Jon Witvoet Auctioneer for you but you must relaize that you might still be outbid by online bidders. All absentee bids will be held in confidence. By bidding in this auction, buyer understands that they are agreement with all the rules and regulations of this auction and have no recourse. By placing any bid on any item(s), you are entering into a legally binding and irrevocable contract with the Auction Company to purchase the particular item(s) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Auction. The Bidder, grants the Auction Company a standing authorization to charge the Bidder's credit card for any and all cost, fees, buyer's premium, and storage disposal fees, as well as for any other cost, charges and/or fees incurred.
