1989 Alumitech 14' aluminum airboat, 14'6" x 6'8", 5' hull bottom width, Chevrolet Marine Power, 350, V-8 gasoline (290 H.P. Total @ 4,800 RPMs), Century Drive unit Model CH-3 with 2:1 Ratio belt drive unit. All aluminum plate welded construction hull, 1-1/2” x 2” aluminum T-bar interior, longitudinal runners stitch welded in place. Hull bottom is overlaid with black plastic polymer sheeting. Partial hull sides are overlaid with black plastic polymer sheeting. Moderate damage noted to sheeting on hull side. Moderate scraping and gouging on hull bottom sheeting. Sheeting is pop riveted and bolted on. Typical inset deck airboat deck layout. Inset deck and flush fore deck and 22” grass rack extension at bow. Square front rounded edge bow with flat bottom bow rake to square transom aft. Stainless steel and aluminum engine and seat stand assembly. All welded constructed with powder coat finish. Stainless steel propeller cage assembled. All welded construction with powder coat finish. Single fiberglass reinforced plastic shell bucket helm seat and double size fiberglass reinforced plastic shell passenger seat aft of helm seat. Whirlwind Graphite composite 2-blade propeller. Dual aluminum foil shaped foam filled rudders with manual push-pull cable lever steering system (operational at dock side survey). Foot pedal engine throttle mechanical cable to engine (operational at dock side survey). Steering and engine controls all operated during dock side survey of vessel. Two (2) Submersible DC service bilge pumps without automatic switches.
