A 10% buyers premium will be applied to all winning bids on online auction only. Purchased items are to be removed from premises on the day of sale unless arrangements are made. The winning bidder on any online auction items are to have items removed with 48 hours of sale or be subject to storage fees of $10 per day until removed unless prior arrangements are made. Any items not removed within 30 days of auction close will become property of Gallery 10, LLC. Announcements made the day of sale take precedence over printed and other material.
