Before bidding online at Fulsom Auctions, you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions of bidding. Read these terms carefully. When you sign your bidder registration Agreement or click the "Accept" button online, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Fulsom Auctions. Your e-mail address will automatically be added to our mailing list and you will receive notifications of upcoming auctions upon accepting these terms and conditions.
All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Fulsom Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Fulsom Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Please feel free to contact Fulsom Auctions with any questions and we encourage you to visit the preview. The bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Fulsom Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Fulsom Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Fulsom Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Fulsom Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Fulsom Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Fulsom Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
REGISTER TO BID: Simply answer a few basic questions. We collect credit card information to verify your ability to bid. This is a secure site, all data is encrypted and PCI compliant and SSL certificates are maintained. All bids are final and cannot be retracted.
MAXIMUM BID: If you chose to leave a maximum bid and the item sell below your maximum you will only be the charged the final bid amount. The Auction Flex software will bid the predetermined minimum bid when you are out bid and if you check the "outbid notification box" you will be notified if you are no longer the high bidder.
BIDDING & PURCHASING: All bids submitted are final and irrevocable. If you are the highest bidder and the auction house indicates the lot as sold to you, you are the new owner of that item. All sales are final. Every item becomes the responsibility of the new owner as soon as the auction house indicates that an item has been sold. If you are the highest bidder, you are responsible for insuring your purchase immediately.
