2012 Comforts of Home Mobile Restroom Facility for sale out of our Park Department. This is great for park areas, camping and other recreational areas, event companies, etc.

19-foot, 5-station ADA restroom trailer with 450 gallon waste tank. One ADA room with toilet and sink; one men's room with toilet, urinal, and sink; one women's room with 2 toilets and sink. Tires are in good condition, no known leaks on the roof, lights in working order, cleaned and ready to go.

Issues of note: ADA restroom flushing mechanism is not in working order. The 12v grinder pump for this also needs attention. There are cosmetic issues on the outside and some on the interior by way of rust, wall tear, and normal wear and tear. One of the women's room toilets has a flush mechanism that is broken - likely the spring. The breaker to the A/C unit also needs repair. The A/C is not in working order due to this. One wheel fender is currently off of the trailer. It can be re-attached, but the wheel needs to be removed in order to do this. Fender will come with the sale.
