BIDDER APPROVAL: To be approved as an online bidder a signed copy of the terms and conditions along with a signed bidder's certification must be received and approved by the auction office. Once you register for the auction, we will email you the documents that will need to be filled out, signed and emailed back, before you will be approved for bidding. Real Estate Taxes: the taxes will be prorated to the day of closing. Any closing fees will be paid by the buyer and any buyer lender/loan fees. Closing will be held on or before September 30, 2022. Possession will be granted on day of final closing. PURCHASE CONTRACT: The successful Bidder shall sign a Buy Sell Agreement for the parcel (s) immediately after being declared the Successful Bidder by the Auctioneer.
