No credit card or digital payments will be accepted for coins & bullion * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Floor wins all Tie (simultaneously received on our end) Bids with Internet Bidders. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion. * Applicable taxes * Buyer's premium rate charged (12.5%) for Internet Bidders. * All purchases must be paid for (or contact with arrangements, such as the money order is in the mail) within 72 hours of auction's close. * Will ship for actual USPS postage cost (including insurance for parcels over $100.00) plus a $10 handling fee. Free shipping may be available for purchases over $3,000.00 when dealing with parcels weighing less than 10 pounds. This does not apply to fine jewelry, coins or bullions - charges may be significantly different and based on information provided in auction notice/comments. *Absentee Bids will be bid in a competitive manner. If bids on a lot fail to reach the reserve, the lot will be "bought in." *All auction staff are allowed to bid on their own behalf unless otherwise noted *Please hold up your bid card for identification when Auctioneer says "SOLD". You will be responsible for all items charged to your bidder number. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid from a bidder whose conduct, actions, or comments are deemed not in the best interest of the auction, its consignors/sellers or bidders. *Announcements on the day of the auction sale take precedence over all written terms & conditions. *All Bidders must meet Auctioneer's qualifications to bid.
