1981 Ford F350 Truck.  Best Guess is about 109,000 miles. Gasoline engine is newer than the the truck. Eagle lift gate.

Both items will be sold by written sealed bids. Full payment is due within 24 hours of the winning bid announced. Seller has clean titles on both items and will provide when funds clear. The fastest way to receive title is by wire transfer. All property is sold :As Is, Where IS, with no warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied, by the seller or the agent and without recourse. No buyer’s premium, but 9% Kansas Sales tax is required on both items. Items can be examined at the ReUse It Center, 120 Old US 81, McPherson, KS 67460 during their normal business hours. Tuesday Noon-4 PM, Thursday 3-7 PM, Saturday 9 AM – 4 PM.

Rules of Auction: In order to participate in the auction fill out the sealed bidder form, the form is on-line and on the back of this flyer, Then sign and date it and place it in an envelope with your name, address, phone number, and e-mail on the outside of the envelope. Write Sealed Bid for Free Methodist Auction, or Sealed Bid for ReUse It Center Auction depending on what you are bidding on. Seal the envelope shut. Bids must be RECEIVED at the Four Seasons Realtors Office, 1020 N. Main, McPherson, KS before 5 PM Wednesday, July 24. You may place envelopes through the slot in the front door if no one is at the office. We strongly suggest personally delivering bids or using overnight services as we WILL NOT accept bids that arrive after the deadline even if they are postmarked before the deadline

Hard Bids: All bids are hard bids. If you have the winning bid you will be responsible for the full amount bid regardless as to what the next highest bid was.

Reserve: The seller reserves the right to accept or reject all bids.

Notification: The winning bid will be announced at the Clyde & Susan Melton auction, 1046 Countryside, McPherson, KS. Thursday July 25^th right after their Real Estate and vehicles sell (about 6:20 PM). Full payment is due at closing by 5 PM the day after the winning bid is announced. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to contract in the state of Kansas.
