SHIPPING INSURANCE: Hessney Auction Company ships via USPS and UPS with Insurance on items over $100 at the cost of the buyer through the outside company Easy Post. If you item(s) are lost/damaged, all claims MUST be made through Hessney Auction Company within 30 days of shipment. If a claim is made independently of Hessney Auction Company, all insurance is voided, and we cannot make an additional claim on your behalf. If a claim must be made, please email us and we will provide you with a detailed list of what must be included in order for us to submit it to our carrier. ** If you are tax exempt you MUST notify us prior to the close of the auction, along with a copy of the form, if not you will be charged tax. "As New" does not mean "New" it is a condition report, meaning the firearm is "as new condition". If a firearm is brand new- unfired, it will be listed as so. Buyers Premium: All sales are subject to a Buyer's Premium; reference to the buyer's premium is made in auction advertisments, flyers and catalogs. Once the shipping is calculated, we will charge your card for a second time. This process is much more convenient for us. Items typically ship within 2 weeks. We do our very best as we have a small staff, which also helps keep your costs down. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. We are willing to ship any items through USPS Priority mail or UPS .
