*Payment shall be made at your designated Load Out time. Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card. Credit Card transactions will have a 3% transaction fee attached to the final charged amount. We do NOT automatically charge your registered credit card. *Shipping is available for most items. Our shipping policy is as follows: after receiving payment we will transport your items to the UPS Store in Petoskey. Your items will be turned over to their staff. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges that the UPS Store may charge. Leist Auctioneers is not responsible for their charged amounts. Please contact the Petoskey UPS Store for any shipping quotes before bidding. We do not charge to transport your items to the UPS Store, but we are also not responsible for any damage that may occur during that transportation...or while in the hands of UPS. Please contact us if you have any questions related to shipping.

Online Only auction to settle the estate of long time Petoskey resident Howard Ball. Howard was an avid and dedicated collector or watches, clocks, phonographs and nearly anything unique. Howard apparently had an eye for common items that would one day become collectible as there are many pieces of local advertising that will bring back memories for area residents.
We will conduct an Open House for prospective bidders to preview items ahead of final bidding. Please take advantage of this opportunity. You'll find the Open House date and time in the auction details.

Auction Loud Out will be by appointment on the date listed in Auction Details. Winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice with a link to sign up for your specific load out time. You may need to check your Spam or Promotions email catagory if you won the bid but did not receive an emailed invoice within a reasonable time. 1 BUYERS PREMIUM There is a 10% Buyers Premium added to all winning bids to determine the final selling price.
