Automatic Bidding/Bidding Priority/Tie Bids: (Max Bid Feature): This online bidding option makes bidding convenient allowing you to enter the maximum bid amount that you are willing to bid on an item. We encourage the use of this feature as it automatically competitively increases your bid for you up to your max bid price without input from you or our staff. No more forgetting to increase your bids -or- trying to keep pace with our online auctions. Simply Place Once Bid And our system will take care of the rest! Bidding Priority/Tie Bids: This auction will have live in person and live online bidding occurring at the same time. When a lot opens for bidding, there can be an instance where an absentee bidder's max bid and the live bidder's next bid are the same amount. In this instance, the “tie bid” will go to the online bidder and the live bidder will be asked to re-raise the bid. These so called “tie bids” will go to the online bidder, no exceptions. If this is not clear, please call our Lawrenceville office at 618.943.4905 and ask for further explanation. Please Note: this occurs on a handful of items each auction. Please Make note of this auction term and condition.

Payment Terms: Cash, Check, American Express, Visa & MasterCard. 14% Buyer’s Premium on all items sold (4% discount will be given if payment is made by cash or good check). If payment is completed by check, auction company reserves the right to hold the items for up to 21 business days to make shipment. Buyer(s) agree under no circumstances that the buyer(s) will initiate a “chargeback” for their purchases or shipment. If payment by check, titles will be held until check clears.

Absentee Bidder Form: Another bidding option is to attend one of the scheduled preview dates and complete our absentee bidder form, name, address, contact information, max bid you’re willing to place, along with credit card information will be required when completing this form. Please Note: There will be a $25 dollar charge for this service. Also, this is MAX bid only, we will not call you to update you on winning / outbid status. If you change you max bid, a second form and a second $25 charge will be required immediately. This is to discourage people from making 6 updated max bid amount on 1 lot immediately prior to auction close.

Invoice: All online winning bidders will have an invoice emailed to the email address on file usually within 30 minutes of the last item closing. This invoice will also include instructions for pickup date, time, and location. For all other items that remain after 3 business days from a scheduled pickup that are not claimed or have other arrangements made by end of day Thursday, July 21st, the buyer will forfeit the rights to said items and will become the property of the auction company or disposed of. This $25 fee covers the additional cost of labor, scheduling conflicts, and fuel incurred to met during the 3 day “last chance” window.

This fee will not be waived for any reason.

Bidding has started and will conclude as the live bidding concludes. Our online bidding system will update the user on where we stand in regards to selling the items via “Once”, “Selling” and “Sold”. IF YOU INTEND TO BID, PLEASE PLACE YOUR BIDS EARLY AND BID FAST.

See www.parrottauctions.com for the complete auction catalog or call our office for assistance!

Please Note: this invoice will show “UNPAID” in the upper right-hand corner, if you intend to pay with cash or check in person, do not pay using our online payment system. Once payment is received via our online payment system we will begin packing your items for shipment. Please see shipping details for more information.

This non-pickup policy strictly is enforced as non-removal of items is becoming an issue.
