BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase except on the building which is a flat $1000 for the buyers premium. PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer within 24 hours of auction closing. We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00m CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: There is no shipping available on this auction LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Saturday, August 6th 10:00 - 3:00 PM CT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for payment. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Wayne Joy of Eustis, NE passed away just a couple months ago and his wife Rosalie has decided to sell their building they own in Farnam along with all of Wayne's tools and shop equipment. The auction will also include a 1984 Fleetwood Camper and a 1999 Kawasaki Motorcycle. We have split all these items into 2 different auctions but with one load out. This is Auction #2 and will include the camper, motorcycle, converted horse trailer, woodworking tools, furniture, yard equipment, tools and more.
