Take State Route 93 North at Logan from US 33. Follow State Route 93 through Logan to Oreville. Signs will be posted.

 

The seller has elected to liquidate his large collection of blacksmith tools and miscellaneous chattels. Pictures will be posted prior to the sale date. All items will sell absolute to the highest bidder.

 

100 pound colonial anvil (18th century)

70 pound USA brand anvil

200 pound Hay Budden anvil

35 pound Vulcan anvil

200 pound Arm and Hammer anvil made in Columbus Ohio in the early 1900's.

150 pound mousehole anvil - missing the tail

40 pound stump/stake anvil (18th century)

Tall striking anvil on legs

Bob Cruikshank swage block

5 post vises, one is attached to a small worktable

Nice wagon Tongue vise

Large Rock Island bench vise

2 smaller bench vises

2 coal forges

About 40 hammers of different kinds most with handles, some just hammer heads

About 40 sets of tongs - some are old like Railroad tongs, some are newer

Saw blades for making knives 

High Carbon Steel for knife making

Many old wrought iron metal pieces in the shape of wagon wheels and fence pieces.

Many files and rasps - great for knife making

Many chisels of different shapes

Spring steel and mild steel as working stock for forging

Many horseshoes, both used and new

Books on blacksmithing and related subjects

Craftsman wood lathe with a one-way chuck, morse taper, and wood turning tools

Delta scroll saw and stand
