Buyers are responsible for the inspection of the items when picked up and must provide your own packing material and boxes. If the items you purchased are large please bring along help to load. Items shipped will be preinspected - photos taken if necessary and insured through USPS for value during transport. Payments must be made with cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card Credit Card Information to be provided at time of payment - Your Credit Card information given at time of sign up is for verification of person only. A 4% credit card convenience fee will be added if a debit or credit card is used. No Sales Tax on this auction as it is an estate liquidation auction for an estate. All items are sold on "As is, where is" basis. All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but not warrantied. A $10 Handling fee and $1.00 per lot won will be charged on items not picked up by deadline unless other arrangements have been made prior to the ending of this auction. It is assumed that if you are out of state we will be shipping.
