If the purchaser drills a well within the 3 year time period, then the seller will pay half of the expenses for the drilling and well head (all electric lines, hoses, connections, etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser). Repairs to the current well will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The seller will provide a back-up generator in case of electrical outage.
