By registering, and /or bidding on an item through Dubeau Auctions you confirm that you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Dubeau Auctions values your privacy and ensure that all policies are followed to adhere to such privacy.
BIDDING: In order to bid you must be registered and approved by HiBID. Please read through the terms and conditions on there site and abide by these conditions. To register with HiBID from www.dubeauauctions.com website select "Click here to view and bid". At the top of auction page select "Login / New Bidder" which takes you directly to the HiBID registration. Follow all required registration questions to set up your bidding username and password. Proceed to Dubeau auctioning site to start your adventure.
SALE: Dubeau Auctions can change time and date of any sale, at any time. We can add or delete an item at any time and extend item sales at any time. Some items may have an extension of time based on the sale time-frame of that item. Some items have a reserve bid and not all items may sell if they do not reach the reserve amount. Some items have a starting bid amount and you must start your bid at the said amount. HiBid will inform you if you have been outbid. This is written in their terms and conditions.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Items are " AS IS". There are no refunds, no exchanges, no retraction bids, and no returns accepted. All items are final sale and subject to a 15% buyers premium upon purchase.
PAYMENT: Payment is due at the time of invoicing. All items must be paid in full before pick up. We prefer e-Transfer to info@dubeuauctions.com, password is auction. We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, debit and cash, please contact to provide your information for credit card sales.
PICKUP DURING COVID19 :
During these unprecedented times we have switched our Live Auctions to online auctions to comply with health measures presented by the province of Ontario. For the safety and well being of all our patrons we will be commencing auctions online for the foreseeable future.
During these times Dubeau Auctions must comply with health regulations and we will be providing curb side pick up for all items purchase. At pickup please adhere to all social distancing measures by staying 6 feet or 2 meters apart and wearing masks.
When arriving to the site for pickup proceed to the designated PAY HERE area and we will guide you to your designated pick up spot. Upon pickup your invoice must be paid in full, you must present us with a form of government ID and bill of sale. There will be allotted areas for you to pick up your items. Larger items will be at the back of the building, we will guide you to your designated area. YOU must load and pack all items, we will not be able to help, as we will be busy serving all customers. Bring someone with you to help with the heavier items.
DELIVERY: There will be no delivery of items at this time. The shop is closed to the public and no public washrooms are available at this time. Dubeau Auctions will allot 2-3 days for curbside pick up.
Dubeau Auctions, nor the proprietors shall be liable or responsible for personal injury, accident or loss. ALL items must be picked up on the designated pick up days.
