As is customary in the jewelry business, when items are manufactured and are so similar in makeup that there is no difference in weight or appearance, a certificate may be duplicated for each piece that is manufactured and evaluated by the appraiser. Appraisals should be used for verification of gemstone and/or metal weight, size and grade only, not actual value. Items should not be purchased with the expectation to resell for appraisal price or for profit. g) Buyer should come prepared to pack and load their items. We may be able to assist, but cannot guarantee staff will be available to assist everyone. h) Purchases must be paid in full before items can be picked up. Cash can be used for 3 days after auction, afterwhich cards on file will be charged. You have 3 days from AUCTION CLOSE to let us know of missing items or items that were not working that we claimed were if it applies. I) Any items not paid for or picked up within 4 days of the concluded auction we be deemed abandoned and sold at a future auction or returned to the seller. Refunds will not be given on abandoned items. In events that we make accepting to this rule we are not liable for items that are missing after the 4 days as they should have been resold. j) If we cannot make available or deliver clear title on a purchase, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price upon immediate return of the item. Item must be returned in the same condition as it was prior to the sale. k) Resellers must submit an reseller permit before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged. l) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. m)Submitting a bid signifies your agreement to these terms. If an item is won that does not say shippable than we will do our best to ship if possible but any breaking will not be covered as we didn't mark is as being able to be shipped usually that being the reason.
