Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. retains the right to govern goods and services sold to clients and to maintain the level and integrity of our business. Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. has the right to terminate the auction at any time; withdrawal from sale of any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two lots or more selling lots. The auction company also reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk.
Payment:
a) All payments will be required to be paid for with the credit card on file after auction is complete.
b) Buyer's Premium is 13% Online
c) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card.
d) No items will be removed until they have been paid for. Purchaser is responsible for removal of all purchased goods. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. All abandoned items will be sold for storage and moving fees.
e) Any gold & silver coins, precious stones and fine jewelry that are to be shipped anywhere will require wire transfer for payment.
Loading Equipment:
a) Buyer is responsible for their own removal of all items. Please bring any packing material and boxes that you may need. Please bring assistance to move heavy items to your vehicle and any tools for dismantling.
Pick up of Items:
a) All items must be on the scheduled pick up-date.
b) Outside of the Base Road Location-All Items must be picked up on the scheduled pick-up times. If they are not, they will be considered abandoned and become the possession of Harmeyer Auction, No Refund will be issued (7/30/2022)
c) Base Road Location: Any item remaining in our building 7 days after the scheduled auction pick up will be considered abandoned and become the possession of Harmeyer Auction, No Refund will be issued (4/25/2022)
No Liability:
a) Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. assumes no liability for your purchases. The buyer assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold the auction company and seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain to fitness or use of the asset being purchased.
b) Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify the Auction Company from liability therefore. Neither the Auction Company nor his principal or seller shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises in which the sale is held. Consignors & Bidders: a) All consignors must fill out a contract with Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC., sign forms and abide by our terms listed.
b) All bidders must register for bidder's numbers using proper ID or proper information.
c) Any employee of Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. may bid at any auction if they wish to purchase an item.
d) All items become the sole responsibility of the purchaser when the auctioneer confirms your bid as the successful winner. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
e) If there is any dispute between two or more bidders, the auction company or its' auctioneer, may decide the successful bidder. The decision of the auction company, or its' auctioneer, shall be final and absolute.
Loss of Bidding Privileges:
a) If you have failed to pay for an item your bidding privileges will be revoked. Your privileges may be restored by paying for the item or repaying for the loss of the revenue due to the items not having been sold and by placing a credit card on permanent file whereby future purchases will automatically be charged.
Delinquent Accounts:
a) The bidder that has not paid for, or has not removed their items from the auction site, will be subject to the cost of storage, trucking, re-sale, deficiency balances, collection fees, and any legal fees for recouping a loss due to the bidder's negligence.
Reserves:
a) Any and all items that Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. agrees to sell are subject to a reserve as per Indiana State Auction Law.
Documents:
a) All documents must be completed in full by buyers and sellers. For Example: Death Certificates, Letters of Authority, Creditor Leins, and UCC's when purchasing vehicles, firearms, etc.
b) All gun buyers will be required to fill out a 4473 form and pass a background check. Out of state buyers will be required to have any and all guns shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) Dealer.
Compliance with the Terms of Sale:
a) In default of payment of bills in full within the time announced for this auction the Auction Company in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages.
b) Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. is in complete accordance with Indiana statutes and Indiana Administrative codes, Title 25, Title 812, Department of Revenue Tax Bulletin #20, and Reference IC 6-2-4.
Warranties:
a) Everything is sold "AS IS/WHERE IS" with no warranties, representation or guarantees expressed, implied or otherwise given. All sales are final.
Conditions of Items Sold:
a) All information is believed to be accurate, but the auction company shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith.
No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse. Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. requires any and all buyers to preview and make your own opinion of conditions.
Auctioneers have the right to refuse service or eject any person obstructing the auction process.
The record of sale kept by the Auction Company, the audio tape of the auction and the bookkeeper records will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
Shipping/Pick up
a)All items must be paid for prior to pick up or shipping of the item
b)Pick up will be scheduled the following day after closing of the auction unless otherwise noted
c)If items are to be shipped the buyer will first pay for the item at the close of the auction. Then after payment has been made the items will be boxed and packaged for a fee of $5 per box. Then the card will be charged again for the shipping & handling fees and the items will then be shipped.
d)If the card is declined for the shipping fees the buyer will be notified and items will not be shipped until the shipping is paid in full.
e) if items are not picked up on the scheduled pick-up day, they may be considered forfeited, and no refund will be made.
f) If an item is shipped and damaged the buyer is responsible to file for all insurance claims
g) if an item is to be returned that will be done at the buyer's expense.

Due to the recent purchase of acreage, buildings and contents, we have been asked to lquidate the personal property from this property. This is the first of two auctions that will take place at this location, Be sure to check back after the close of this auction for the live event and simulcast bidding on select items on July 23rd. 1 Sabre Grill Stainless steel Sabre brand grill, cooks with propane and infrared heat. Nice a clean unit, doesnt appear to have been used a lot. Comes with rotisserie unit as well. Extra side burner, cover and very clean. 2 Lighting Small lot of universal lighting pieces, all desk amount and swivel type lights, these have not been tested. 3 Porcelain Coated Pans Lot of three vintage porcelain coated pans, all are good and do have some blemishes in finish, great for display or planters. Measurements in photos 4 Planters Several larger planters, plastic and clay type pots, do have dirt in them. Measurements in photos. 5 Plastic Storage Two plastic storage containers, these appear to have been used in the hair salon industry. Complete and do have some stains but in working order. 6 Three Seat Hair Dryer Three seat heir dryer unit. Comes with three dryer units. One appears to be older and possibly wont fit in back of units. Has not been tested, appears to be good and in working order. 7 Barber Chairs Two modern type barber or beauty chairs, one does have damage to the seat, base of other is rusty but both operate as they should. Great piece for recovering and for parts. 8 Rolling Lighted Magnifier A large lighted and rolling magnifying glass, does adjust and swivel, appears to be used for finger nails, would be great for the shop or garage as well. 9 Rolling Plastic Storage Set of rolling plastic storage carts, one does need some repair, other appears to be good. Measurements in photos. 10 Plastic Display in Box New plastic display for finger nail polishes still in box, some damage to the bottom of the box but appears to be water damage. Doesnt appear to have effected the display. 11 Barber Chair Modern barber chair or beauty chair, works as it should, no major damage. Does come with small booster seat for a child. 12 Wooden Rocking Horse Small wooden rocking horse, appears to be handmade, sturdy and appears to be good. 13 Vintage Rocking Horse Vintage wooden rocking horse, made from paneling material. has two small seats, small in stature, good condition, measurements in photos. 14 Wooden Ironing Board Vintage wooden ironing board, larger than normal board, good condition. 15 Brinkman Charcoal Smoker Older Brinkman charcoal smoker, like new condition, does need a little cleaning, complete unit. 16 Kitchenaid Refrigerator Older but very nice and clean Kitchenaid brand side by side refrigerator, does have ice and water in door, clean piece, measurements in photos, has not been tested. 17 Gibson Upright Freezer Older but very clean and nice Gibson brand upright freezer, 110v, measurements in photos. Small amount of mildew in bottom of door but can be cleaned easily. Has not been tested. 18 Whirlpool Gold Refrigerator Clean side by side Whirlpool Gold refrigerator, has not been tested, water and ice in door, measurements in photos and very clean. 19 Wooden TV Trays Set of 4 solid wood TV trays, all appear to be good, fold up for easy storage, nice set. 20 GE Microwave Fairly clean GE brand microwave, does not have glass plate, does turn on and heat up as it should. Measurements in photos. 21 Sharp Microwave Small Sharp brand microwave, is clean, does power on and warm up like it should, measurements in photos. 22 Wooden Cabinet Set of wooden cabinets, drawers are stiff to opening, in good condition, does have some damage on back, nothing major, does appear to have hangers on back, measurements in photos. 23 Massage Table Adjustable massage table, does have a very stick cover, measurements in photos. 24 Trash Cans Three plastic 30 gallon trash cans, all good bottoms, one does have small crack on lip. 25 Bird Feeding Station New still in the box bird feeding station, comes with hooks for hanging feeders. 26 Projector Screen Older collapsing projection screen, is complete and appears to be in good condition. 27 Foot Bath Large foot bath chair, does need cleaning also comes with massage settings in chair, has not been tested, does appear to be complete. 28 Hair Supplies Large amount of salon and hair supplies. Comes with lots of color for hair, waxing pots, color charts and everything you need to start your salon business. 29 Music CDs A large amount of music CDs, various artists and styles. 30 Wooden Drafting Box Older wooden box with several drafting items. Comes with pencils, lead and many other drafting tools. Drawers are a little sticky, could just be from humidity being out in the building. 31 Drafting Table Older but complete drafting table, has not been tested, appears to electrically move. Measurements in photos. 32 Bar Stools Small set of padded bar stools, back does come off of one, may just need some bolts, swivel and in good condition. 33 Gardening Supplies Large lot of several gardening supplies, comes with soil, fertilizer, sprinkler, water can and many other great items. 34 Sprayers Three very nice and clean hand sprayers, one is metal and three very clean and in like new condition. 35 Hardware Small lot of household type hardware, comes with a set of small set of wooden casters, screws and many other pieces. 36 Misc Lot Small lot of papertowel, cups, cleaner and small set of scales. 37 Fan & Air Purifier Small Duracraft brand fan, multi speed, also comes with Alpine air purifier. Comes with box, does have mantels, appears to be complete, little use. 41 Wooden Storage Box Small wooden storage box, several drawers, could be hand crafted, nice little primitive type looking piece. 42 Shoe Lathe Vintage shoe lathe mounted on wooden block, comes with several molds, complete and does have makers mark that can't be made out. 43 2 Blue Star Crock Jug Very nice earthenware jug with blue 2 star design, does appear to be good with no major cracks or damage, a couple blemishes in glaze. 44 Blue 3 Crock Larger blue no 3 crock, does have major crack and chip in it, can be great dislay piece. Measurements in photos. 45 Crock Jug Medium sized crock jug, no marks or numbers, does appear to be good. 46 Wooden Display Small wooden display case, appears to have been for a 4-H project, measurements in photos. 47 Several Plates Three metal serving plates, measurements in photos, one does appear to be possible silver plate with no markings 48 Galvanized Gas Cans Small set of vintage gas cans, one is missing lid, both complete and do have some dents and dings, great for decor. 49 Wash Board Small wooden framed wash board with metal washing board, measurements in photos. 50 Kerosene Heater Like new kerosene heater, Japanese built, like new condition, comes with box does have some fuel in piece. 51 Cast Iron Very nice vintage Griswald cast pot, not lid with this comes with modern Bobby Flay cast iron pan. 52 Cases & Binoculars Two sets of binoculars, both very clear and work as they should.
