TERMS OF SALE 1. Ten Percent (10%) nonrefundable down payment required on day of sale along with a Ten Percent (10%) Buyers Premium to be added and due on the day of sale with the balance due at closing by certified or cashier’s check, or cancellation of existing indebtedness in the discretion of the Successor Trustees.
