There will be a $5 handling fee added to your invoice for shipped orders.
ITEMS THAT ARE SHIPPED, SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE CHARGED AS A SEPARATE TRANSACTION.
-Items left after the last pickup day for an auction, reguardless if it's paid or unpaid, will be FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS-WHERE-IS
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL
-Buyers are responsible for the removal of purchased items.
-There is a 15% Buyers Premium fee and a 10.25% LA County sales tax added to items won.
-ALL BIDS ARE FINAL. Bidding on any lot in High Desert Exchange's Auctions without the intent to pay all charges is deemed fraudulent.
-Failure to pay all charges will result in NEGATIVE FEEDBACK on your HiBid account, and your account will be BANNED from our future auctions.
-NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS AFTER THE DAY OF SALE.
