*No Firearms are kept on the Property of Auctions Plus, Inc Prior to the Day of the Auction. The Seller and/or FFL Dealer or Employee of the Dealer will be in Attendance at ALL Times Firearms are Displayed for preview.   

*ALL BUYER(S) Agree That they will NOT Leave the Premises with a firearm the day of the Auction. All Firearms sold will Be Transferred to the Buyer(s) Through a Local FFL Dealer. Transform & Renew Arms 38286 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, Ohio will be the FFL Dealer handling all Transfers.

* By Placing a bid ANY/ALL Buyer(s) are Agreeing that they are Legally Allowed to Purchase and Take Possession of a Firearm in the United States & The State of Ohio.

*Any buyer That Attempts to Purchase a Firearm and CANNOT or DOES NOT Pass the Legally Required Background Check(s) will Be Charged a 30% "RESTOCK" Fee on the High BID price ONLY on Each firearm they Attempted to Purchase. No Buyer's Premiums will be Refunded.   

* The FFL Dealer will Charge a $35 Transfer Fee for one Firearm Transfer or $30ea for Transfers of two or more Firearms. Payments for Transfer Fees will be Paid directly by the Buyer to The FFL Dealer and NOT To the Auction Company. 

*Transform & Renew Arms 38286 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, Ohio will Be Available Beginning Monday June 20, 2022 from 10am-3pm to Start Transfers of all Firearms. Buyers will be Required to go to this Location for all Paperwork Needed and Buyers will make Appointments directly with the Dealer or Visit the Location During Normal Operating Hours. 

 *Any Buyer Invoices acceding $2,499.00 WILL BE REQUIRED to be Paid with Cash or Via Wire Transfer on Tuesday June 21, 2022 Before Noon.

* A "Paid in Full"  Auctions Plus, Inc Invoices Must be Presented to the FFL Dealer Before any Transfer Process Begins.
