To settle the estate of Richard and Grace Shultz of Midland VA we are selling vehicles, farm equipment, Snap On and Mac tools, antiques, wood and leather working shop, lawn and garden equipment, toys, parts, household items, and much more. This is a massive auction that has something for everybody. Mr. Shultz was a man of many talents and well known in the community for his ability to make or fix just about anything.

Everything is being sold as-is where-is. There are many power tools and small engines in this auction.  We have tested most of the electric and power tools and noted whether they ran or not.  We did not attempt to start most of the small engines.  They may run or they may need some work in order to run again.  Anything we know about them we have put in the description.  We encourage all bidders to come to preview and satisfy yourself as to the condition of these items and bid accordingly.

Preview and Pickup Information:

This is an online only auction which will begin to close on June 27 at 6:00 PM at the rate of 4 lots per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute.

Preview for this auction will be Saturday June 25 from 10 AM to 3 PM and Monday June 27 From 12-6 PM at 9753 Boteler Rd Midland VA.  Address will be posted closer to auction close. Pickup is at the same location on Tuesday and Wednesday June 28-29 from 9 AM to 8 PM each day. Shipping is available at the buyers expense for smaller items in this auction. We will have a loader available to load large items.

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
