***BUYER'S PREMIUM AND TAX: A buyer's premium equal to 10% will be applied to all winning bids The buyer's premium percentage will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer, as part of the pinal purchase price. 7% sales tax will also be charged to all in-state bidders unless the buyer possesses a sales tax exemption number. Firearms will have a $20 FFL transfer fee. AAA Auction Service, Inc., is a licensed FFL. All out-of-state firearm purchases will only be shipped to a licensed FFL. ***PAYMENT: Payment for any purchase is considered due and payable on receipt of invoice. All payments are due in our office by Thursday at 6p. At that time the Merchandise becomes the property of AAA Auction Service. AAA Auction Service, Inc., may, in its discretion, ban buyers from participating in future auctions. All purchases must be paid for before merchandise is removed from auction premises. Payments accepted are cash, check (merchandise may be held until cleared by bank), bank check or money order, bank wire transfer, PayPal (online bidders only), or Visa/Mastercard. Any PayPal or Credit Card purchases must be made with AAA Auction Service office, & will charged a 4% convenience fee. Personal checks from bidders unknown to AAA Auction Service, Inc., will be acceptable only if credit has been previously established or if a bank authorization has been received guaranteeing a personal check. The buyer agrees to pay AAA Auction Service, Inc. a handling charge of $35.00 for any check not honored by the drawee. OPTION 1: At bidder's request, auctioneer will transport items, at no charge, to PakMail at 7525 Maplecrest Rd., Fort Wayne, IN 46835 (260)486-0204. Buyers must complete the shipping process independent of the auctioneer. Please research packing and shipping costs with the shipper before you bid! OPTION 2: At bidder's request, auctioneer will pack and ship items to bidder only if items can be shipped in USPS Priority Flat Rate Mailing Box or Envelope. (The largest USPS Flat Rate Box measures 12"x12"x8".) In this event, bidder agrees that (a) all such packaging, handling and shipping is at sole risk of the purchaser and that auctioneer shall have no liability for any loss or damage to such items, and (b) purchaser shall pay all charges in advance of item being shipped. The buyer will be held liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale.
