Gun Buyers will pay to S & R Guns a $10 TBI background check fee. Out of State Buyers are required to transfer any firearms through an FFL in their state of residence and are responsible for any additional handling fees and shipping expense. All Property sells "As Is, Where Is" both surface and subsurface with no warranties. Bidders are invited to inspect the property and should complete their own due diligence prior to the sale.
