Seller has relocated items they desire to downsize to make room for a commercial project at their residence. These items are now located in our warehouse facility in St. Joseph, MO.
High Bidders will have the option of doing their loadout in St. Joe as scheduled, or for a $20.00 per invoice cash fee, items may be relocated to our facility in Shawnee, KS for loadout.
NOTE: The scheduled loadout is in St. Joseph, MO. If you are a High Bidder and you want to do your loadout in Shawnee, KS, then a $20.00 cash fee will be due at the time you loadout in Shawnee. All sold items not picked up in St. Joseph will be automatically loaded and transported to Shawnee, KS, and a $20.00 shipping fee will be assessed if picked up in Shawnee. |
