Soft Close: The auction program has a soft close feature designed to stagger the close of each lot by 10 seconds. However, if a bid is received within 2 minutes from the closing time, that particular lot is extended an additional 2 minutes. This action will repeat itself until bidding has ceased for at least 2 minutes. This provides bidders with a true auction method and not last second sniping as seen on other sites like ebay. If you submit a bid without attending a preview, you agree and accept the posted photo(s) as your preview. If the buyer is unknown to Ales Auction Services, we reserve the right to hold your items until the check clears, unless you provide a guaranteed funds letter from your banking institution. All internet purchases in excess of $1,000.00 must be made via wire transfer. Transfer fee is $10.00. A 5% fee is added to all credit card charges when the card is not present. If card is present, fee is 4%. No chargebacks are accepted. Bidders who chargeback will be permanently banned from our sales. No buyer premiums! If items are not retrieved during checkout, a $5.00 storage fee will be charged per item, per day unless arraignments agreed to by the auctioneer are made, regardless if it's paid or not. Shipping is exact cost USPS Priority Mail plus 10.00 handling PER PACKAGE, AND 5.00 PER LOT TO REPACK AND TRANSPORT BACK TO OUR BARN.. Buyer must request insurance if wanted.
